Do I need to have my own eSIM provider contracts to get started?
Yes. In the current model, you bring your own direct contracts with eSIM providers. We connect your accounts to the Unified API and handle all the routing and provisioning logic. You remain in control of your provider relationships and commercial terms.
How long does it take to integrate?
Our API is built for fast time to market. Once your credentials are provisioned and your provider accounts are connected, most clients are up and running in days rather than weeks.
Can I work with multiple eSIM providers at the same time?
Yes, that's the core proposition. You can connect multiple providers, configure which one serves which region, and display offers from several providers on your storefront simultaneously – all through a single integration.
Is fraud protection included?
Fraud protection is not included by default in the unified travel eSIM API but it is available as an add-on through Protectmaxx; our fraud protection engine that combines machine learning, a rule-based algorithm and 24/7 human analyst oversight. You can learn more on the Protectmaxx page.
Will I need to re-integrate when new providers are added?
No. The API uses a canonical schema, meaning new providers are added to the panel without any changes to your existing integration. You can expand your provider coverage without touching your codebase.
