Our Services are focused on selling digital products, preventing fraud and reducing debt or risk. This sometimes requires us to create a fraud profile of individuals who purchase a digital product through our Service.
Our partners engage our Services to reduce the risk of fraud and bad debt. We offer the following Services for this purpose:
- Checkmaxx: which allows you to buy digital products from us or one of our partners , such as phone credit.
- Protectmaxx: to detect and prevent fraud
You can use our Services directly or through our partners. If you purchase a digital product through our Service and we do a fraud check, we and our partner are data controllers. If you receive a payment reminder through our Service and payto us, we are the processor.
The partner with whom we are jointly responsible or for whom we process data is disclosed to you when you purchase a product or receive the payment reminder. There you will also be referred to the privacy policy of the partner in question. We recommend that you read it carefully.

How long dowe store your Personal Data?

We delete the Personal Data after we no longer need them for the purpose we process them for. With whom do we share your Personal Data?
We may share your Personal Data with data ‘processors’ within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. We conclude a Data processing agreement with these parties, which entails that they shall process your Data carefully and that they shall only receive the Personal Data they need to provide their service. These parties shall only use your Personal Data in accordance with our instructions and not for their own purposes.
