Alphacomm Introduces a New Platform - Migration Begins

ROTTERDAM, 9 March 2023 – Alphacomm, the leading profit-boosting specialist in Europe, has begun the migration of its customers to a new, more functional, stable, and centralized platform, built on AWS infrastructure. Several customers are already reaping the benefits offered by the new system.

Delivering value

In 2022, Alphacomm completed the acquisition and rebranding of its long-time official reseller, Mi-Pay. Essential to finalizing this unification effort is the integration of separate data systems into a new centralized platform for all customers, the goal of which was to provide a state-of-the-art experience to all Alphacomm and formerly Mi-Pay customers. A goal that has now been realized.

Streamlined operations

Sure is one of the customers who have recently migrated to the new platform. They are already reaping the benefits of the new system.
