Email overview in the portal
Because email reminders are critical to debt collection and should be monitored on a regular basis, the portal’s overview and detail sections have been enhanced. Customers of Collectmaxx can now sort and review emails by sender, script, recipient, subject, status, scheduled on, last updated on, and created on filters. Users will also be able to navigate to each email’s details by simply clicking on the details button in the portal. Overall, these modifications will improve the process of monitoring email performance and gaining insights for possible improvements.
Adding payment methods to PayLink insights
Another essential feature that has been introduced is the ability to view daily or custom PayLink payment method statistics on the portal. More specifically, Collectmaxx users will now be able to track the performance of each payment method and determine its target audience’s preferences, regardless of whether the invoice is fully or partially covered. Knowing your customers’ preferences is critical, therefore, Collectmaxx users will now be able to use the insights for business improvements.
Voice call results
Furthermore, since voice reminders are the most important and effective channel, they should be monitored and developed on a frequent basis. Therefore, Collectmaxx users can now access an overview of all their voice messages, which can be sorted and viewed by script, user identifier, outbound/inbound phone number, user phone number, status, and calls started. Portal users are able to monitor and contrast the performances of different voice reminders by having access to the overview and many sorting filters, allowing them to make the necessary changes and improvements to increase effectiveness and success rates.
